These terms govern your use of NerfedLab during its private beta. By using the app you agree to them.
NerfedLab is in private beta and is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Features may change or break, and there is no uptime or support guarantee.
NerfedLab runs on your own Anthropic Claude subscription. You are responsible for your Anthropic account, its billing and usage limits, and for complying with Anthropic's terms and usage policies. NerfedLab does not provide the AI model and is not responsible for its outputs.
Everything you create with NerfedLab — your designs, your code, and the apps you build — belongs to you. We claim no ownership of it. Because the product is local-first, that content stays on your machine.
Don't use NerfedLab to build or distribute anything unlawful, to infringe others' rights, or to violate Anthropic's usage policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NerfedLab and its providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the beta. The service is provided without warranty of any kind.
We may update these terms during the beta. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
