Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of NerfedLab. By using the app you agree to them.

The software

NerfedLab is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Features may change between versions, and there is no uptime or support guarantee.

Your Claude subscription

NerfedLab runs on your own Anthropic Claude subscription. You are responsible for your Anthropic account, its billing and usage limits, and for complying with Anthropic’s terms and usage policies. NerfedLab does not provide the AI model and is not responsible for its outputs.

Your content is yours

Everything you create with NerfedLab, your designs, your code and the apps you build, belongs to you. We claim no ownership of it. Because the product is local first, that content stays on your machine.

Acceptable use

Do not use NerfedLab to build or distribute anything unlawful, to infringe others’ rights, or to violate Anthropic’s usage policies.

No warranty and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NerfedLab and its providers are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the software. The service is provided without warranty of any kind.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
