Vibe coding makes demos. NerfedLab is the governed AI studio: changes to real apps, described by product and business people, built by AI in a real repository, and shipped through review, a version and a staged rollout. Capability arrived; governance did not. That gap is the company.

The product is built, self funded and installable today, with Zocri and Tertin beside it. Founded by Rishabh Srivastava (IIM Calcutta MBA, four and a half years shipping AI products at Eternal). We are raising a seed round to turn it into a business.
